Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SafiTrack. By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using SafiTrack in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SafiTrack is a cloud-based CRM and field-operations platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe on intellectual-property rights; (c) transmit harmful, fraudulent or deceptive content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or (e) use the service to build a competing product.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you input into SafiTrack. You grant us a limited licence to use that data solely to provide and improve the service.
SafiTrack and all related marks, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks.
Both parties agree to keep the other's confidential information secure and not to disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFITRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafiTrack and its officers from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SafiTrack is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
