Q1 2026 was one of our most productive shipping quarters. Here's a rundown of everything that landed.
Bulk actions across the board
This was our most requested feature for most of the last year, and we're glad it's finally out. You can now select multiple contacts, companies, or deals and take actions on all of them at once: reassign owner, update a field, add a tag, move pipeline stage, export. Works across all the main record types and respects your role-based access permissions so reps can only bulk-edit records they own.
We also added a smarter multi-select interaction on mobile (a long press enters selection mode and then taps add to the selection) since the checkbox affordance that works on desktop doesn't translate well to touch.
Custom pipeline stages
You can now rename, reorder, add, and remove pipeline stages to match your actual sales process rather than the generic defaults. Each stage supports a custom win probability and you can set required fields that must be completed before a deal can advance. Useful if your process requires a demo to be logged before moving to proposal, for example.
Stage changes are reflected immediately in pipeline reporting, and you can migrate existing deals in bulk when you add or change stages.
Redesigned activity dashboard
The manager dashboard got a significant redesign this quarter. The old version showed you aggregate numbers; the new version is built around surfacing the accounts and reps that need attention right now.
The key additions: a visit health heatmap that shows coverage gaps across your account portfolio, a rep activity leaderboard (which can be hidden if it's not the culture you want), and an "accounts at risk" panel that surfaces customers whose visit frequency has dropped below their defined target cadence. This panel runs off the same analysis we wrote about in the visit frequency post. It's the closest thing we have to an early churn warning in the product.
Safi AI improvements
We've been quietly improving the AI note summaries since the initial release and the quality is meaningfully better now. The key changes: summaries are now structured around action items rather than prose recaps (we found managers and reps both preferred the structured format), and the AI now pulls in context from previous visits to the same account so the summary reflects the ongoing relationship, not just the individual meeting.
We also added AI-generated suggested follow-up tasks, which appear automatically after a visit is logged. About 60% of suggested tasks are accepted as-is; the rest are either edited or dismissed. We'll keep iterating on the suggestion quality based on acceptance rate patterns.
Smaller things worth noting
- Calendar sync is now bidirectional. Changes made in Google Calendar or Outlook reflect in SafiTrack and vice versa
- The route planner now supports multi-day route planning for reps who plan their week in advance
- Company records now show a consolidated timeline of all interactions across all contacts at that company, not just the primary contact
- Email open and click tracking is now available as a trigger for Safi AI follow-up reminders
- The iOS widget now shows your next three visits for the day without opening the app
- Export to CSV now supports custom field mapping and remembers your last configuration
What's coming in Q2
We're not announcing dates yet, but the things we're furthest along on: a public API with webhook support, deeper HubSpot and Salesforce integrations for teams that run SafiTrack alongside an existing CRM, and a conversational AI assistant for managers that can answer questions about team performance directly in natural language.
As always, the best way to influence the roadmap is to tell us what's blocking you. The Q1 bulk actions feature was driven almost entirely by customer conversations. We're listening.
